Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

To process any exchange request, a clear unboxing video is compulsory.

Show the entire unpacking process.

Display the product condition clearly.

End after showing the full product.
Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be accepted.
